I’m usually good at reading between the lines when it comes to pricing, but there really wasn’t anything to decode here. The prices were clear from the start, and I didn’t run into any weird surprises later

"Took a minute, but they fixed it"
So yeah, I had a small issue with my order and I was a little annoyed at first because I didn’t hear back right away. I was kind of wondering if it was going to turn into a whole thing, but support did eventually get back to me and they actually handled it properly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but the problem got sorted and I’m fine with how it ended. I’d probably order from them again.

I liked that there were plenty of options to customize my order and make it feel more personal. I did have to click around a bit to figure out a couple of things, but it wasn’t too bad. I also found myself checking what other people had chosen or recommended, which helped me feel better about my picks. Overall, a good experience.
"Revision process felt harder than it should have"
I wanted to give them a fair chance, but the revision process was frustrating. It felt messy and slow, and I found myself repeating the same points more than once. Even then, the changes didn’t really come back the way I asked. I understand revisions can take some back and forth, but this ended up feeling more tiring than reasonable. Based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

My order came in, but it wasn’t the item I picked. I noticed right away because the color and the little label on the packaging were different from what I remembered selecting. Not a huge drama, but definitely not quite right.

Like I said, they were really professional and easy to deal with. The only thing is it took a bit longer than I was hoping, but like I said, they did handle everything professionally.

"Pretty decent creative work, but a bit uneven"
The creative work was okay overall. Some of the ideas were actually good, though a few parts felt like they weren’t fully finished or needed a little more polish. Maybe there was more behind the direction that I wasn’t seeing, but from my side it felt decent, just not totally pulled together.

"Nice concept, but the details were a bit all over the place"
I really wanted to like High Rack Studios, some parts were decent. But then there were other parts that felt rushed, like nobody gave it one last look before sending it over, which was... interesting.
I ended up pointing out little mistakes that probably should’ve been caught on their side. To be fair, they did respond, but the back-and-forth got old quickly. Not a total disaster, but yeah, I definitely expected better

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to get around, the pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without any trouble. A couple areas looked a little plain, but it worked well and made things simple

My first impression was positive, the site felt steady right away, and that’s mostly held up after using them for a few months. I did have one small issue, but support got back to me and helped out. Overall, they’ve been reliable most of the time.

"Slower delivery than I expected"
My order ended up taking longer than the delivery estimate I was given, which was frustrating. I’ve ordered before and the shipping was much smoother, so I was expecting something similar this time. I had to wait a few extra days, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure when it would actually arrive.

"Frustrating if you value quick, clear communication"
As someone who likes to stay on top of things, I found the communication frustrating. I had to follow up several times, and when I did get replies, they were slow and not always very clear. It just made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Customer service was fine, but a little slow"
I reached out to highrackstudios.com with a few questions while I was sitting at my desk trying to sort everything out before lunch, and the replies did eventually come through. The person I spoke with was polite and answered most of what I asked, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to get a clearer answer. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially impressive either. Faster replies would definitely make it better.
